Welcome to Umbrella IT Helpdesk Page! These Terms of Service govern your use of our helpdesk page and the services provided therein. By accessing or using our helpdesk page, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our helpdesk page.

Use of Services:

You may use our helpdesk page and the services provided therein solely for the purpose of seeking assistance, submitting support tickets, and accessing resources provided by Umbrella IT. You agree not to use our helpdesk page for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of our services.

Account Registration:

In order to access certain features of our helpdesk page, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

User Content:

Our helpdesk page may allow you to submit content, such as support tickets, comments, or feedback. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but by submitting content, you grant Umbrella IT a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials available on our helpdesk page, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Umbrella IT or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through our helpdesk page.

Limitation of Liability:

Umbrella IT, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our helpdesk page or services.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Umbrella IT, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of our helpdesk page or services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of any other person or entity.

Changes to Terms of Service:

Umbrella IT reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms of Service on our helpdesk page. Your continued use of our helpdesk page after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
